Timely and efficient—respectful that their patients have other things to do than wait in a doctor’s office. Minimal wait time, Friendly staff and thorough examination. Dr. Quigley seemed relaxed and ready to answer questions, if need be. He was also friendly and proficient. He seemed surprised that I didn’t have cataracts because I now understand that is his area of accomplishment and specialization. I also got my prescription filled in their optical department. Lynn at the Southpoint office has seen (see what I did there?) more than her fair share of those wading through the deep of picking a perfect frame. She was helpful, knowledgeable, so sweet and with a style radar that was dialed in. Having her assistance was like having your mom or best friend along. I feel like I received my first pair of glasses back within a week which surprised me as it was in the midst of holidays. I would recommend them without hesitation.
